Below are the processing steps that explained how groundnut oil is extracted:

• High-quality fresh farm groundnuts are Cleaned and dried in sunlight, This type of drying process helps in retaining the taste & aroma.
• In Maracheeku or Wood Press the dried groundnut seeds are placed.
• Then seeds are pressed & oil is extracted with proteins& vitamins.
• No preservatives or chemicals are added during the process.
• The extracted oil is allowed to settle for 3 days under sunlight.
• Settled oil is filtered(using cloth)
• Organic Marachekku groundnut Oil is filtered & Packed.
