Below are the processing steps that explained how groundnut oil is extracted:

• High-quality fresh farm Sesame are Cleaned and dried in sunlight, This type of drying process helps in retaining the taste & aroma.
• In Maracheeku (Wood Press) the dried sesame seeds and pure Palm Jaggery (Karupatti) are placed.
• Then seeds are pressed & oil is extracted with proteins& vitamins.
• No preservatives or Chemicals are added during the process.
• Extracted oil is allowed to settle for 3 days under sunlight.
• Settled oil is filtered(using cloth)
• Organic Marachekku Sesame Oil is filtered & Packed.
